SnowbirdSeeker.com LLC is a seasonal rentals by owner website that helps facilitate the communication between snowbird renters and seasonal rental property owners.  The Website has a rental search engine That allows renters to easily browse available vacation rentals.  If Snowbirds contact the rental owner the rental owner will see this in our internal mail center and they will pay to unlock their mail center.  Membership plans average around $29.99 for 60 days access and all memberships are automatically recurring.

Our latest venture is RenterSeeker.com a completely separately run vacation rental by owner website.  The primary difference with the new website is the payment structure.  With SnowbirdSeeker.com rental members upgrade to get higher ranking and to read their mail.  As stated above upgrading is $$29.99.  With Renterseeker.com the rental rank algorithm is set to rank rentals by total service fees collected.  Renterseeker.com handles everything involved with the booking process including the payment.  Upon Successful booking the rent payment is automatically sent to the rental owner less  RenterSeeker’s commission percentage on the date of check in. The Service fee collected by RenterSeeker depends on certain rent thresholds but range around 6 to 11%.  Only 2.9% is charged to the rental owner for getting them the booking and the remainder is charged to the guest as a guest booking fee. 

With HomeAway being Acquired by Expedia.com for over 4 billion Dollars and with AirBNB.com slated for IPO in 2019 we feel the time is right to open our doors to new investors.
