Renterseeker.com is owned and operated by a former South Dakota resident, Troy Johnson, who understands how negative Fahrenheit temperatures feel in the dead of winter.  Consequently, Renterseeker.com is headquartered in Beautiful sunny Sarasota, Florida .  He and his web development team created this company to   provide a property management tool and site dedicated to snowbird culture.  Renterseeker.com recognizes that the trend to seek warmer climates in the winter remains constant and that snowbirds are increasingly internet savvy each year.
